Bistro STX is probably the best place to get your coffee fix on St. Croix. Nice inside and outside sitting areas, but it seems more popular as a takeout place. Bistro STX is also right next to a great little bookstore called “Undercover Books”, so you can grab a book there and then chill out reading for a few hours at the Bistro. A great way to spend a relaxing day.

This place regularly ranks 1st on island for specialty coffees. The Extreme Toffee Coffee is a big hit. The Bistro St Croix menu for breakfast is very popular, with its specialty wraps, sandwiches, bagels, and refreshing fruit smoothies.

You can even “build your own breakfast” and top it all off with great deserts and pastries, like the Guava Cheese Quesito.

Lunch focuses on soups, sandwiches, as well as interesting lunch specialties.

The staff and service is warm and friendly, attentive, and with a customer-focused work attitude.
